If you are unhappy with your final product, please reach out to us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your custom portrait and will make every effort to address any concerns promptly.

In the event that you receive an incorrect size, misprint, or your portrait arrives damaged or is lost during transit, we are more than happy to provide you with a replacement at no extra charge. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange for the replacement promptly.
