Portraits

What canvas sizes are available?

Our canvases are available in six different sizes, all with a thickness of 1.25″:

9″ x 12″

12″ x 16″

18″ x 24″

24″ x 32″

What type of photo do I use?

Front-facing photos work best for generating portraits that are more true to your likeness. We recommend uploading a front-facing photo with good lighting that clearly shows the details of your face. Do not worry about the background, as your photo will be cropped.  

How do I personalize my portrait?

For the ultimate personalization, you can describe details you would like to see in your portrait in the provided prompt box. Example: a woman, cats, green tones, 70s style

Will the printed canvas look exactly like the image I generated?

During the upscaling process, we have the AI repaint the canvas at a much higher quality and we expand the edges to allow for space to wrap the sides of the canvas. This can make slight alterations to the appearance of your image.

Are the images I generate saved?

The only images Paint Me AI will save are the ones you add to the cart. When you leave the generation page, any other images you have created will be cleared.  

Shipping & Payment

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship within the US.

How long will my order take to ship?

Production time can take about 3 business days from the time you place your order. You can expect your portrait to arrive in 2-5 business days from the date it is shipped out. These times can vary if you have multiple items in your order or during seasonal shopping times.   

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping for all canvases is free. 

What if I entered an incorrect address?

Please notify us immediately if your shipping address was entered incorrectly. Once the canvas goes to print, we cannot guarantee that we can make changes to your order.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Given the personalized nature of the portraits we produce at Paint Me AI, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

If you are unhappy with your final product, please reach out to us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your custom portrait and will make every effort to address any concerns promptly.

Damaged, incorrect, defective, or lost Orders

In the event that you receive an incorrect size, a misprint, or your portrait arrives damaged or is lost during transit, we are more than happy to provide you with a replacement at no extra charge. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange for the replacement promptly.
